Our service covers a large variety of Strata Schemes consisting of Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Community Title and Neighbourhood Association Plans. Whether you are a 2-unit duplex or a large block in excess of 100 units, we have the experience to serve you, both as an individual and as an Owners Corporation.

Our History

Regional Strata NSW was established in 2014 in Batemans Bay. Our principal had been active in real estate for over 20 years at this time and believed this experience and knowledge would be beneficial within the strata community.

In August 2015, Regional Strata NSW expanded to the Nowra region opening an office on Kinghorne Street and just over a year later Regional Strata NSW acquired South Coast Strata Management, bringing the total number of managements in excess of 600, with over 4500 lots.

Our management is not a franchise operation, which you may have suffered in the past and we strongly believe in encouraging a relationship between our business and your complex.

Each office has its own Corporation Licence. Our Director and Licensee is Scott Baxter. Strata Manager’s Licenses are held by Vanessa Edmunds, Tracy Seagrove, Karen Gulabovski, Graham Nelson, Sharon James and Lynn Cassidy.

Trust & Integrity

Strata managing agents are regulated by the Property Stock and Business Agents Act 2002 and its Regulation 2003. The onerous requirements include mandatory licensing, compulsory continuing professional development training, trust account compliance which includes an annual audit to be conducted and forwarded to the NSW Office of Fair Trading, and the usual fiduciary responsibilities.
