Our History

Founded in 2014 in Batemans Bay, Regional Strata NSW was established by Scott Baxter, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the property industry. Scott recognized that his extensive knowledge would be invaluable to the strata community, leading to the creation of a company built on expertise and personalized service.

In 2015, Regional Strata NSW expanded to the Shoalhaven, opening an office in Nowra to better serve the growing demand for quality strata management. The following year, we extended our reach to the Far South Coast of NSW with a new office in Merimbula, ensuring our services were accessible to a broader community.

Continuing our growth, we proudly opened an office in Bathurst in 2024, marking our expansion into Central West NSW.

Unlike franchise operations, Regional Strata NSW remains independently owned, with Scott Baxter personally overseeing each office as the owner and licensee. Our dedicated team includes 18 staff members, with licensed strata managers positioned at each location, committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Additionally, trust account compliance is strictly enforced, with an annual audit submitted to the NSW Office of Fair Trading. These robust requirements reflect our commitment to maintaining the utmost fiduciary responsibility and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
