Current By-Laws

By-Laws are the basic rules which apply to the day to day affairs of all owners within their scheme or association. Even your visitors and tenants must abide by these by-laws. The by-Laws can be added to, amended or repealed at a general meeting by Special Resolution.

Each building has its own By-Laws. The by-laws specific to your complex can be obtained by your managing agent or Strata Committee.
