DOCUMENTATION

We keep complete records of all documents and maintain your strata or association roll. We look after the accounting, record-keeping collection and deposit of quarterly levies into separate trust accounts in your owners corporation / association name.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIR

We arrange and coordinate repairs and maintenance of common property.

  • Liaise with the committee to ensure all contracted work is being completed satisfactory

  • Maintain trades list to ensure creditor compliance

  • Provide advise on extraordinary repairs, maintenance and improvements.

INSURANCE
  • Obtain competitive insurance quotations.

  • Renew insurance on behalf of the owners corporation /association as instructed by the committee

  • Insurance claims and lodgements

  • Insurance valuations

MEETINGS
  • Issue agendas

  • Attend and chair meetings, record and provide advice at these meetings

DEBT RECOVERY

Monitor levy arrears and liaise with owners for the recovery of outstanding levy contributions. Co-ordinate debt recovery with debt collection services.

BUILDING DEFECT MANAGEMENT

Working closely with experts to effectively and efficiently manage building defects.

COMPLIANCE

We offer assistance with legislative and regulatory compliance such as your Capital Works / Sinking Fund Forecast, WorkHealth & Safety, Fire Safety and Asbestos Registers.

Dispute resolution process

• Communicate with owners, occupiers and agents when by-laws are breached

• Issue notice to comply as instructed by the owners corporation

• Arrange mediation and adjudication as required
